Summary - The National City Bank Elite Visa is a basic low apr visa credit card. There is no annual fee. There are three different apr - prime rate plus 3.49%, 4.99% and 6.99%. The rate that you will get depends on National City Banks' assessment of your credit. There is also a 0% apr introductory offer for 6 billing cycles on purchases and balance transfers. There is no balance transfer fee for the introductory offer.

In addition, you will also get travel accident insurance, auto rental insurance, travel and emergency assistance as part of the credit card benefits. Another benefit that National City Bank offers on their credit cards is the ability for you to choose your payment date during a month. You can synchronize your payment with your other credit cards. You can also get additional cards with no additional fee.
