The chase Platinum Student credit card has no annual fee. The APR is Prime Rate plus 9.99%, which is very standard for a student credit card. There is a 0% APR offer for 6 months on both purchases and balance transfers. One thing to beware of is that billing cycles from 1st March 2005 onwards, balances will be calculated using the 2 cycle average daily balance method (including new purchases) rather than the average daily balance method.
